Polypack Tango Handload Shrink Bundlers
The Polypack™ Tango series offers a flexible and efficient shrink wrapping solution using clear, random print or print-registered film. These machines use a single roll of film and a flight bar conveyor system to create lap-sealed bundles, with no seal bar or vacuum belt required.
Products are indexed into an overhead flight bar assembly. The flight bars advance the collated product in time with Polypack’s film delivery system. The film is wrapped around the product bundles and joined with a lap seal using a single roll of film.
After wrapping, bundles move through Polypack’s energy-efficient Smart Shrink Tunnel, which conserves and precisely regulates heat for consistent, low-energy shrink bundling. Product is transported on a stainless steel mesh conveyor that cools naturally and effectively upon exiting the shrink tunnel.
