Shrink Wrap & Case Packing for Deodorant
End-of-Line Shrink Wrapping and Case Packing
for Deodorant Sticks and Aerosol Cans

Automate deodorant stick and aerosol deodorant packaging with a complete end-of-line system that shrink wraps retail multipacks and case packs into RSC corrugated cases. Polypack’s one-transfer pick-and-place design places products directly onto the shrink film and keeps them stable through collate, wrap, seal, and shrink, then robotically top-loads finished packs for fast, damage-free distribution.

patented pick & place system for unstable containters
Polypack holds a patent on picking up products and placing them directly onto the shrink film for wrapping, where it remains for the entire shrink wrap process. With no pushers, dead plates or belt-to-belt transfers - your product remains stable throughout the entire collate, wrap, seal & shrink process. This system is a one-time transfer solution, making it ideal for odd-shaped or unstable containers.

High Speed Shrink Wrapper for Aerosol Cans
Polypack manufactures high speed sleeve wrappers that can wrap small diameter products at speeds up to 240 bundles per minute. These machines feature a compact design with a footprint of just 10 feet, ensuring they occupy minimal space. They are hightly adaptable, with only a simple guide adjustment between sizes, you are able to run almost every can size - down to 35mm - without the need for any change parts. These machines come with integrated film splicing, and are all servo driven - with no air required.
Robotic Case Packers for Cosmetics and Personal Care Products
Polypack’s robotic case packing machines for cosmetics and personal care products automatically load shrink-wrapped bundles or individual containers into corrugated shipping cases. Using precision pick-and-place gantries, products such as shampoo bottles, cosmetic tubes, deodorant sticks, and lotion bottles are safely transferred into pre-erected RSC cases for distribution. These systems support single-layer and multi-layer case packing, improving packaging speed, reducing labor, and ensuring consistent case quality.
