Shrink Bundler for Bottles & Jars
Polypack offers a wide range of packaging machines for bottles of all shapes and sizes. Bottles of food products can be shrink wrapped into packs for retail or distribution purposes.
Corrugated Trays
Corrugated trays offer pack support and help keep the rows of product properly aligned. Tray and shrink packs represent up to 50% in cost savings when compared to traditional RSC’s. Polypack offers tray loader and former machines, as well as tray wrapping equipment. Our tray loader formers and beverage packaging shrink wrappers can be combined to create packs that are both distribution and retail-ready.
Pad Supported
Pads are typically used in order to prevent products from chiming or cutting through the shrink film during stacking and palletizing. Polypack offers pad feeding modules on several different beverage packaging machine types. We can also provide pad-support combined with printed film to create a retail ready pack that can easily stand up to the rigors of the distribution channel.
Printed Shrink Film
Print registration allows for the exact placement of graphics on a shrink wrapped beverage pack. Photo eyes detect the presence of an “I-Spot” and initiate separation of the film so that each piece of film is applied to the products at the same location every time. Printed shrink wrap film continues to make headway into all industries, especially for point-of-sale retail environments. Polypack's Clearprint Machine offers equipment that can run print registered, random printed, and clear film all on the same machine.
Case
The WR series machines are Polypack’s high-speed continuous motion and intermittent motion wraparound case packers. With corrugated wraparound packaging, a sheet of cardboard is die-cut and folded. Create tight distribution cases with less corrugate and save up to 30% on material costs .
Bags
Polypack shrink bundlers create clean, total-closure shrink bundles for bagged products like flour and sugar. These systems collate flexible bags into stable multipacks, then fully enclose them in clear film for added protection through handling and distribution.
Cartons
Polypack's high speed total closure shrink wrap machines can be used to collate cartons and place them on a pad at high speeds. Using multiple sealing bars, higher speeds can be achieved than previous shrink wrap equipment designs.
Spice Bottles
Polypack’s end-of-line packaging machines help you shrink wrap and case pack spice bottles, seasoning jars, and other lightweight containers with clean, retail-ready results. Choose from shrink bundlers, registered-film shrink wrappers, case packing systems and wraparound case packers to keep unstable bottles controlled, aligned and securely packaged.
Distribution Sleeve
The JacketPack™ is an ideal alternative to RSC packaging. The JacketPack™ consists of a band of corrugate that is formed around the products and glued on a single flap. The jacketed products are then shrink wrapped to create a completely enclosed pack. This provides stacking strength and corner protection to a wide range of products, and food shrink wrappers save up to 50% on material costs when compared to traditional RSCs.
