These automatic shrink wrappers can bundle small vitamin and supplement bottles in multiple configurations, supporting quick changeovers when bottle sizes, pack counts, or film types change. Best for: pill bottles, supplement bottles, small HDPE bottles, dropper bottles, small containers in retail multipacks.
Cartons
For unit cartons and retail packaging, Polypack’s shrink wrap systems can collate cartons and run total closure shrink wrap to help protect packaged product through shipping and handling. Multi-bar sealing configurations support higher throughput than traditional shrink wrap layouts, while product collation options help orient, group, and present cartons consistently for downstream packing. Tubes
Polypack’s TUBE series shrink wrap machines save money by eliminating inner chipboard cartons and dividers in a master case as well as eliminating additional transfers which is the ideal solution for these hard-to-handle containers.
Aerosols
Polypack designs and manufactures shrink wrap equipment that is specifically designed for aerosol cans. These machines are available for clear film, random printed film, or print-registered film applications. These machines feature tunnel run-out features for added safety and are also available with integrated fire suppression systems.
Trays
Pre-trayed nutraceuticals and pharmaceuticals can be shrink wrapped using bullseye or sleeve wrap for fast, secure bundling, or total closure shrink wrap for added protection against dust, dirt, and humidity.
