The Polypack IL/CMS Series is an inline tray wrapping machine for distribution-ready packaging (DRP) of pad-supported and tray-supported multipacks. It applies an open-sided bullseye shrink wrap overwrap using clear or random print film, with configurations for intermittent motion (IL) or higher-speed continuous motion (CMS).
Distribution Ready Shrink Wrapping Versatility
The Polypack IL/CMS series is ideally suited for distribution ready packaging (DRP) of tray and pad supported products, as well as large, stable products bundled in shrink film.
IL Series
These shrink wrap machines are available as stand-alone systems that can either be handloaded or fed by an existing conveyor. The IL series machines are also available with a wide array of product collation modules as well as a pad feeder to create pad-supported shrink multipacks.
