The Polypack™ Clearprint series offers a flexible and efficient shrink wrapping solution using clear, random print, or print-registered film. These machines use a single roll of film and a flight bar conveyor system to create lap-sealed bundles, with no seal bar or vacuum belt required.
Products are indexed into a overhead flight bar assembly. The flight bars advance the collated product in time with Polypack’s patented film delivery system. The film is wrapped around the product bundles and joined with a lap seal (i.e., no seal bar), using a single roll of film.
After wrapping, bundles move through Polypack’s energy-efficient Smart Shrink Tunnel, which conserves and precisely regulates heat for consistent, low-energy shrink bundling. Product is transported on a stainless steel mesh conveyor that cools naturally and effectively upon exiting the shrink tunnel, with no sticking.
