Polypack’s patented automatic robotic pick place shrink bundlers ensure product stability throughout the entire shrink wrapping process. This robotic system is the only pick and place shrink wrapper capable of handling ovals and unstable products. With no pusher, this shrink wrap system can wrap virtually any product, regardless of stability. The ROKH® shrink wrapper is the most innovative and advanced loading, unloading, and collating shrink bundler available. ROKH® systems are simple, versatile, easy to maintain, and most of all, cost-effective.

ROKH® Infeed is designed to collate and load products directly from a conveyor onto the shrink wrapper’s film. The robotic pick place shrink bundlers ensures perfect product transfers for shrink bundling and allows for quick and easy changeovers. The ROKH® can be placed on the side of a current shrink packaging machine or integrated inline.

ROKH® Discharge system is designed to unload and transfer wrapped products from the shrink wrapper onto another conveyor. During the transfer, the shrink-wrapped bundles can be reoriented and collated together in many different configurations.
