Water guard package
Every dairy machine comes equipped with a water guard package designed to ensure effortless cleaning and maintain optimal hygiene. This package includes stainless steel perforated safety doors, a NEMA 4X-rated electrical enclosure for superior protection, and hygienic leveling feet for easy sanitation. Additional features such as sealed-for-life bearings, stainless steel motors with anodized gear reducers, and corrosion-resistant chains and sprockets enhance durability and reduce maintenance. The machines also incorporate flush grid infeed belts for smooth product handling and heat-resistant flush grid tunnel belts for reliable performance.
Ice Cream
Polypack systems bundle ice cream rounds, squares, and squarounds into consistent retail-ready multipacks. An integrated inverter rotates every other product to ensure precise alignment and stable bundle formation, then smoothly transfers finished packs to the discharge conveyor for continuous operation.

Polypack packaging systems for tapered cups collate and stage cups precisely, then place each row onto a pad for stable, consistent support. The bundle is wrapped in shrink film and sealed in the tunnel to create secure packs ready for distribution.

distribution sleeve
The JacketPack™ provides great stacking strength and corner protection to a wide range of products and saves up to 50% on material costs compared to traditional RSCs. The JacketPack™ consists of a corrugate band formed around the products and glued on a single flap. The jacketed products are then shrink wrapped to create an enclosed pack.
Vertical riser for stack support
Polypack's dairy shrink wrappers make stackable gable top multipacks, using vertical risers to provide the support needed for stacking and palletizing. As the products collate, a vertical riser is inserted between the rows of cartons with our PH Machine. The collated products are then shrink wrapped, resulting in a gable top multipack that can be stacked and palletized without using milk crates!
Aseptic Carton Retail Packs
Polypack can handle all kinds of aseptic cartons, including bricks, prisms, and gable tops. We offer dairy shrink wrappers that can run aseptic containers unsupported, pad supported, tray supported or a wraparound case.
