Shrink Wrapper for Sunscreen

The Polypack compact Pharma shrink bundler is designed to wrap sunscreen lotion bottles in shrink film for retail-ready or distribution-ready packaging. In this configuration, products enter single file on the infeed conveyor and are released by the staging clamp into the product stop / decompression area, where they are aligned in the correct bundle pattern in front of the main pusher. The pop-up barrier helps stabilize and align the product group as it accumulates, then retracts as the pusher drives the bundle through the film curtain. Film from the upper and lower film feeds forms a sleeve around the product as it passes through the seal bar assembly, where the film is sealed and cut. The wrapped bundle then moves onto the tunnel conveyor and through the shrink tunnel, where controlled heat creates a tight, consistent finished package.
