Available in either intermittent motion (ILB) or continuous motion (CMB), the Polypack ILB/CMB series features a patented “bucket” conveyor that securely indexes and transports products through the shrink wrapping process.

Polypack ILB/CMB systems can be configured as hand-load models or fully automatic with product collation modules. What sets this series apart is Polypack’s patented “bucket” conveyor, which:

For unstable products like ovals and tubes, Polypack’s patented ROKH® pick & place gantry can be added. This robotic module allows products to be stacked, split, rotated, or collated into virtually any configuration.
With optional case packing equipment, the Polypack ILB/CMB becomes a complete end-of-line packaging solution.
