Shrink Bundler for Canisters of Wipes

The Polypack Clearprint shrink bundler is designed to wrap bundles of canisters of wipes in shrink film for retail-ready or distribution-ready packaging. In this configuration, products enter on the curved and straight infeed conveyors before moving to the diverter conveyor, where the diverter directs them into multiple lanes based on the required pack pattern. The bundled products then move through the staging conveyor and staging mechanism, where the clamp and gate release them in the correct configuration onto the flybar conveyor. From there, the flybars gently push the bundles across the film section, where the machine pulls the correct amount of film and transfers the product onto the transfer conveyor. The wrap arm then wraps film around the bundle before the pack enters the shrink tunnel, where controlled heat creates a consistent finished package.
