Shrink Bundler for Baby Powder

The Polypack compact Pharma shrink bundler is designed to wrap baby powder bottles in shrink film for retail-ready or distribution-ready packaging. In this configuration, products enter on the infeed conveyor and move through the metering belts to the staging conveyor, where they are released in the desired configuration in front of the main pusher. Once the bundle is properly arranged, the pusher drives the product group through the film curtain, where film from the upper and lower film feeds forms a sleeve around the bundle. The product then passes through the seal bar assembly, where the film is sealed and cut, before moving across the transfer conveyor and through the shrink tunnel, where controlled heat creates a tight, consistent finished package. The machine also includes a product hold down to help stabilize unsteady products during sealing, a turning rod system at tunnel discharge to reorient bundles as needed and an air evacuation system to help manage heat in the tunnel.
