In this configuration, product enters on the infeed conveyor and passes through the starwheel assembly, which presents each container to the inverter system. The inverter conveyors, inverter lugs and inverter transfer conveyor work together to rotate and transfer the quarts in the required orientation before they move onto the pusher conveyor. From there, the product is staged in lanes and released in the correct bundle pattern for the main pusher, which drives the group through the film curtain. Film from the upper and lower film feeds forms a sleeve around the bundle, and the seal bar assembly seals and cuts the film before the product enters the tunnel conveyor and heat tunnel, where controlled heat creates a tight, consistent finished package.

Built for dairy applications, this Dairy PH configuration combines product inversion, controlled staging and pusher-style bullseye shrink wrapping in one system. The machine also includes a product hold down to stabilize bundles during sealing, a film-on-demand supply system with dancer bars for smooth film flow and a heat tunnel with adjustable baffles to help fine-tune shrink quality. For volatile, flammable or pressurized products, the manual also notes that additional safety equipment retrofits may be required to exhaust air in a power-loss situation.
