Compact Shrink Bundler for Boxes

The Polypack PH shrink bundler is designed to wrap boxes of Italian ice in shrink film for retail-ready or distribution-ready packaging. In this configuration, product enters on the infeed and is grouped in a 1x2x3 pack pattern for unsupported bundling. A servo-driven stacker arranges and elevates the cartons into the correct bundle configuration before the pusher advances the product group through the film curtain. Film from the upper and lower film feeds forms a sleeve around the bundle, and the seal bar assembly seals and cuts the film before the package moves onto the tunnel conveyor and through the shrink tunnel, where controlled heat creates a tight, consistent finished bundle.

Built for applications that require stacked carton bundling, this PH configuration combines servo-driven product stacking, pusher-style bundling and bullseye shrink wrapping in one system. The unsupported pack style allows the cartons to be bundled without a tray or pad, making it a strong solution for products that can maintain bundle stability through the wrapping and shrinking process.
