The Polypack Tango/Clearprint series of shrink wrap machines runs clear or printed shrink film (random print or print registered) utilizing a flight bar conveyor system. This packaging solution provides a great deal of product bundling versatility.
On the Polypack Tango/Clearprint machines, product is indexed into a overhead flight bar assembly. The flight bars advance the collated product in time with Polypack’s patented film delivery system. Product bundles are shrink wrapped with a lap seal (i.e., no seal bar), using a single roll of film.
Polypack’s “Smart Tunnel” shrink tunnel technology conserves and regulates the energy used in shrink bundling. On the Polypack Tango/Clearprint shrink wrappers, product is transported on a stainless steel mesh conveyor that cools naturally and effectively upon exiting the shrink tunnel, with no sticking.
