The Polypack PH/Pharma wrapping machine series can be configured as single lane or dual lane packaging systems. As with all Polypack packaging solutions, these shrink wrappers can be highly customized to meet the specifications of your unique secondary packaging application.

The Polypack PH/Pharma shrink wrapping machines use a motorized pusher assembly to provide smooth, positive transfers to the shrink tunnel section of the packaging machine. The pusher and seal bar on this packaging solution are designed for wrapping individual products, as well as for collating products into multipack configurations. This series of shrink wrappers is available with options such as:

  • Various infeed modules

  • Stabilizing modules and guides for unstable products

  • Collation modules for dividing, reorientation, and stacking

  • An integrated pad dispenser to create pad-supported shrink packs

 

The versatile Polypack PH/Pharma packaging solutions have a self-adjusting, solid stainless steel rod tunnel conveyor, which means no belts and no coatings. Additionally, with no change parts these machines are durable, long-lasting, and easy to change over and maintain.

PH
When necessary, the Polypack PH shrink wrapper is engineered with gates, barriers, and decompression plates to control the backpressure of products entering the machine. This ensures smooth product flow throughout the entire shrink wrap process on the Polypack PH packaging machine.

Pharma
At less than 8 feet long, the Polypack Pharma shrink wrap machine is very compact, with a small footprint perfectly suited for packaging suites. This shrink wrapping machine is capable of handling both round and square containers of different shapes and sizes, such as:

  • Small vials

  • Small cartons

  • Small bottles (e.g., vitamin bottles).

 

Ideal to collate and shrink wrap nutraceutical, pharmaceutical, and personal care products, the Polypack Pharma is also engineered in a high-speed model with a footprint just under 10 feet.
