Nested bundling
Cans and bottles nest into a predetermined geometric shape, resulting in an extremely strong, super dense pack that can completely eliminate the need for trays or pads. Nested packs of 18 cans/bottles and higher fit into the same or smaller size as traditional bundles in trays. Nesting allows increased product quantity with the same footprint as traditional bundles. Palletizing efficiency can be the same or better. The nested bundle improves space consumption on the shelves, and the bundle’s unique and eye catching look heightens the product’s shelf appeal.
