Integrated handle package
| Polypack Inc. developed the ClearPrint
wrapper with integrated handles. The new wrapper is composed of a
patent-pending integrated film perforation systems for product
multipacks. This allows machines to run film of 1-mm. thickness and
requires minimum maintenance, the company says. Clear-Print also
features a fully integrated handle that is not attached in a secondary
operation, but applied internally to the wrap. The handle is wrapped at
the same time as the package on the machine where it is fused to the
shrink pack and the load is transferred to the film and bundle. The
Clear-Print can be used with clear or printed film.
