Polypack, Inc. (Tampa Bay, FL) introduced its Bio-Wrapper shrink wrapper series, what it calls the world's first shrink wrappers capable of running biodegradable and compostable (PLA) shrink film. Polypack's Bio-Wrapper series includes both total closure (form/fill/seal) retail and distribution wrappers and sleeve (bullseye) wrap bundlers. Polypack's Bio-Wrapper is manufactured of stainless steel and is engineered as a complete unit with a double insulated shrink tunnel that reduces energy consumption.
