Polypack offers many packaging options adaptable to most of Polypack's machines. The tube inverter option adaptable to the TUBE 90/ 180 shrink wrapper rotates the tube(s) to create a 3 or 6 pack multipack.
All-In-One Shrink Wrapper & Case Packers Polypack's All-In-One system uses the patented Pick-and-place system to place odd-shaped bottles directly onto the film for shrink wrapping. This process eliminates unnecessary transfers, ensuring that the product remains stable throughout the shrink process. Polypack's Discharge Gantry system, located at the end of the machine, picks up the shrink wrap bundles and places them directly into a case.
All-In-One TUBE Shrink Wrapper & Case Packers Polypack also offers the All-In-One system for tubes. These systems are offered in both single and dual lane models and can pick and place tubes with or without inversion. A suction cup discharge gantry places the tube multipacks into an erected case for distribution.
