Round bottles have a tendency to nest during the shrink process, and Polypack's Nested Pack® takes advantage of this and uses offset/staggered rows to create six points of contact between bottles rather than four. Multipacks can be created using a tray, pads, or nothing at all (unsupported). Many beverage manufacturers and contract packagers are using print registered film to shrink wrap their products because of the graphics capabilities and low cost of shrink film versus corrugate. Polypack offers shrink wrap systems to create retail packs which are then colated together to create a distribution pack. Our shrink bundlers were designed to create multipacks with print registration or clear film at a significantly lower cost than any corrugated packaging type. All of our printed film bundlers, including our Total Closure wrappers, can handle print registered film and clear film.
